Refund policy

Once your tumbler order has been placed, you agree that we do not accept returns, cancellations, exchanges, or remakes due to the nature that these are customized products and cannot be resold.  The current turnaround time will be approximately 3-5 weeks after payment is received. Please note, these turnaround times are ranges and do not guarantee a specific date unless agreed upon. At times, if the production list is full, your turn around time can be longer but you will be notified.  If you need a product by a specific date, please contact us to ensure that is possible. We will provide tracking information through email once your product is shipped. All products are inspected before shipping. If there is any damage during shipping, please contact us immediately (no later than 24 hours after delivery) and include pictures of the damaged packaging (if any) and product(s).  Please double check any spelling or grammar for any requested names, texts, or quotes.  We are not responsible for any mistakes made on the customer's end. All items are completely handmade and as a result, may contain slight imperfections.  Designs and rhinestones may vary from cup to cup.  Colors also vary in pictures due to lighting or display. Just rest assure that we put in lots of love, care, and many hours into each tumbler that we create. Every stone has been precisely hand placed, paying special attention to the details. To ensure the life of your tumbler, please follow the Tumbler Care instructions. The shop is not responsible for damage due to improper care or normal wear and tear.
